The project is about to install a new MS Exchange Server. The main task of an Exchange Server is the PIM (Personal Information Manager) for all customers and workers in the company. The Exchange Server should be used in the company for all workers. Furthermore, it has to be installed as a Cloud-Service Provider and to apply the PIM for customers of the company. Each customer should have get an own exchange Server for their PIM for the employers of the customer. After the Exchange Server is installed it has to be configured rightly and also there should be written security concept how to secure the Exchange Server. The project team consists of 3 Administrators and one project manager. The project manager also writes the security concept. The main task of the administrators is to install and configure the server and also to write the documentary about the server. At the customers there is also a project manager and two administrators. The project manager controls the project at the customers place and the administrator should support our administrators. After the project is finished, it should be done an approved by the customer.
